Buying

What can I pay with?

Credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see your card details.

Do prices include GST?

Prices are shown including GST. Every purchase comes with a tax invoice by email, showing the GST.

Can my hospital or department pay?

Yes. Contact us and we will arrange it.

Logging in and access

How do I log in?

Enter your email address and we email you a login link. There is no password to remember. The link works once and expires after a short time.

How long do I have access?

It depends on what you buy: books are 12 months, OSCE courses and teaching courses 6 months, and the ECG Nursing Masterclass 3 months. Each product page shows the access length. We email you a reminder before your access ends.

Can I download or print the books?

No. Books are read online for the length of your access, on any device. Each page shows your name and email address.

Can I share my account?

No. Your access is for you only.

EMate

When do I get my code?

We email your activation code within 24 hours of purchase. Each code is made for you and works once.

I changed phones or reinstalled the app

Codes work on one phone. Contact us with the email address you bought with and we will issue a new code.

Which phones does EMate work on?

Recent iPhones and Android phones. EMate is a phone app; it does not run on tablets or computers. You need an internet connection to use it.

Where does the money go?

Proceeds from EMate fund Pipedreams, our free training for communities without access to it.

Refunds

Can I get a refund?

EMate subscriptions can be refunded within 7 days of purchase; the 24-hour trial cannot. For anything else, contact us and see our terms and conditions.
